How Our Inbound and Outbound IVR Applications Help Streamline Information

Inbound Applications
Our inbound applications are designed to work with various interfaces for looking up information and providing real-time information and specific messaging. Additional functions, such as special announcements, call transfers, voice mail options, and hours and locations can be configured in our inbound applications. Our clients are able to access reports, change hours of operation, and activate special messages using a web-based system administration portal.
Our SymRx pharmacy platform is configured to look up patients’ refill requests, place those requests into work queues, and provide patients with specific messaging and response types regarding their refill status.
Outbound Applications
Our application supports real-time interface methods for handling outbound call notifications. For pharmacies, once a refill has been processed, the IVR application can initiate an outbound call. The application can be configured to make calls between specified hours, to respond to busy and no answer retry attempts, and to play messages in entirety for voicemail. We also offer functionality for outbound SMS texting messages.
