- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Symago and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or in any way connected to your use of the SMS service.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or through our website. Your continued use of the SMS service following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the SMS service shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
