IVR HOSTING OPTIONS

There are multiple options for how an IVR system can be implemented for our clients. Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) is known as equipment purchased or subscribed by a customer that is located, hosted, and maintained at the customer's site. If a customer prefers not to host an IVR system onsite or is constrained by the location and IT maintenance of their site, then the IVR system can be located at a stand-alone, separate facility that specializes in hosting equipment for multiple customers and clients.
