MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

 

With our training services, we can assist our client's staff in understanding and using the IVR technology to its full potential. We offer onsite or classroom training which is tailored to meet the specialized needs of our clients.

 

Maintenance is essential in maintaining proper system productivity and effectiveness. We provide several maintenance packages that offer different levels of services. These packages include telephone support, hardware replacement, software support, onsite support, and maintenance releases.

 

Whether it's our 8am to 5pm / Monday through Friday basic maintenance plan, our 24 hours a day / 7 days a week support plan, or our time and material basis plan, we provide the troubleshooting expertise that can quickly identify and resolve potential problems.
