Symago offers a wide range of software and application development services. We are able to provide services for either CPE (Customer premise equipment) or outside hosted applications. Our engineers are well experienced in the telephony field and are able to provide a telephony infrastructure that can process incoming and outgoing calls effectively.

Our products provide tight integration with all levels of telephony networks including private bank exchanges (PBXs), automated call distributors (ACDs), and public switched telephones (PSTN). Connection to these networks can be made via analog (ground start, loop start, DID) and digital (E1, T1, ISDN) interfaces and protocols.

These system applications and implementations are delivered right to our client's doorstep. We offer onsite installation and integration services for all of the systems and services that we provide. Our personnel will travel to the client's site to work with their technical team and other vendors in order to integrate the IVR with their telephone system, necessary databases, and network.
