Symago delivers turnkey IVR solution for Wishard Health Services This IVR application allows callers to refill their prescriptions and check the status of their prescriptions over the phone. Callers are also able to find out general information or talk to a local pharmacy staff. The application is offered in two languages- English and Spanish. In addition, the solution allows callers to make refill authorization requests which are then faxed to appropriate physicians' offices for approval and action. Also, an outbound dialing application is provided for prescription pickup and refill reminders. |
