Contract Awarded for Hawaii Department of Taxation
Symago has attained a contract to implement and maintain a new IVR system for the Hawaii State Department of Taxation. Symago's services, through the IVR Division and through the consultation of American Management Systems, will include the design, implementation, and on-site installation of this IVR application, including new equipment and software. Additionally, on-going maintenance and support has been requested for at least the first year of operation. The IVR system for the Hawaii State Department of Taxation will assist the state in providing their taxpayers access to information regarding their tax return status, tax office locations, general website information, and inquiries handled by customer service representatives. |
