Department of Labor, via Symago's GSA Schedule, purchased an additional IVR solution
The Department of Labor purchased a 24 port primary and 24 port backup outbound fax solution. The fax solution is a dynamic fax application where agent fills information into a Word document, then pushes the document and recipient data to the fax server which converts to TIF doc and faxes it out. The agent is then notified of the fax results via email. |
