Saratoga Spring Fire Department award Symago IVR contract Symago was chosen in an open and competitive procurement process to develop a call-in system to select different groups for dispatcher to dial out. The IVR application uses the following alogrithm:
Based on seniority and vacation schedule.
Dial individual.
Check if individual is able to report. If not, then the application finds other candidates.
It places outbound calls to contact desired personnel for emergency call-ins for specific staffing requirements
It places outbound calls to contact desired personnel for non-emergency call-ins for specific staffing requirements
It places outbound calls to contact desired personnel requesting that they contact the dispatcher
It places outbound calls to contact all-hands in the case of extreme emergency/staffing requirements. |
