Symago creates IVR Division to improve company operations
Symago is pleased to announce the formation of its IVR Division. This marketing and technical division will be significant for developing client relations, creating marketing strategies, and providing technical expertise and support for Symago's clients. This portion of the company will be headed by Joe Cavey and David Potts who both have extensive knowledge and experience in the IVR industry. Joe Cavey has been named Director of IVR Operations, and David Potts has been named Director of Business Operations. The IVR Division has plans to include a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers to support their daily operations. |
