Accenture awards contract to develop applications for the United States Mint
Symago was awarded a contract by Accenture to develop a turnkey
IVR for The United States Mint. The goal of the US Mint is to
cut cost and improve sales and to increase self service from zero
to 20%. To accomplish this, the following IVR applications were
proposed to allow customers of the US Mint to:
