Symago was awarded a contract from the United States Army Cadet Command to develop an IVR and Internet application for the use of prospective college applicants.
The IVR applications allow individuals to call and find out the status of their ROTC scholarship applications. Individuals can also find out general information and talk to an agent associated with their account. |
