State of Kentucky - Department of Fish and Wildlife awards contract to develop and host Harvest IVR Program
This is a hosted IVR application that allows hunters to call in and report the harvest of animals within the state. Callers are asked a series of questions, and the IVR collects the information and produces an output file that is sent to the state. The callers are given a confirmation number that is used as proof of compliance with the state's policies. There is a second application that allows law enforcement personnel to call and verify that hunters have reported their harvest. |
