Neto Rotta, CEO
Neto (Nitto) Rotta is Chief Executive
Officer, co-founder, and a member of Symago. He helps
run day-to-day activities of the company, including
managing existing contracts and seeking new opportunities.
He has been a key factor in negotiating and renewing
on-going contracts and is currently focused on the design,
implementation, and support for the Integrated Customer
Communications Environment (ICCE) / Telephone Routing
and Interactive System (TRIS) for the IRS. He has had
extensive experience in the IVR industry for over 14
years. Neto is an alumnus from Johns Hopkins University
with a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a concentration
in telecommunications.
Anthony Wang, President
Anthony Wang is President of Symago
and one of its founding and current members. He manages
daily business operations and is actively involved in
overseeing company development and growth by developing
sales strategies and policies for the company. He has
extensive knowledge in planning, developing, and implementing
IVR solutions for call centers and in providing technical
consultations. He has been in the industry for over
12 years and is familiar with a wide range of telephony
software and IT programming languages. Anthony is an
alumnus from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science.
Joseph Cavey, Director of IVR Operations
Joe Cavey is Symago's Director
of IVR Operations and is responsible for managing and
providing custom solutions for various clients. He plays
a major role in generating and maintaining sales for
the company while lending his technical qualifications
in developing and deploying high quality Interactive
Voice Response Solutions. He has been in the industry
for over 18 years and has provided managerial and technical
experience to telecommunications businesses in the past.
David Potts, Director of Business Development
David Potts is Symago's Director
of Business Development and handles the primary sales
and marketing division of the company. He handles proposal
preparations and monitors the master plans and schedules
of various projects. He maintains client contact and
uses his skills to acquire new contracts for the company.
He has been in the industry for over 20 years and is
well qualified in this industry due to his extensive
technical and sales background.
