Neto Rotta, CEO Neto (Nitto) Rotta is Chief Executive Officer, co-founder, and a member of Symago. He helps run day-to-day activities of the company, including managing existing contracts and seeking new opportunities. He has been a key factor in negotiating and renewing on-going contracts and is currently focused on the design, implementation, and support for the Integrated Customer Communications Environment (ICCE) / Telephone Routing and Interactive System (TRIS) for the IRS. He has had extensive experience in the IVR industry for over 10 years. Neto is an alumnus from Johns Hopkins University with a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in telecommunications. |
