These packages include telephone support, hardware replacement, software support, onsite support, and maintenance releases. Whether it's our 8am to 5pm / Monday through Friday basic maintenance plan, our 24 hours a day / 7 days a week support plan, or our time and material basis plan, we provide the troubleshooting expertise that can quickly identify and resolve potential problems. |
