Project Management
Prior to the initial stage of design and development, a project manager will be assigned to work with the client in developing a detailed set of requirements. These requirements will encompass all features and capabilities required by the IVR system to ensure successful implementation. The project manager will handle all aspects of the project, strive to deliver it on time and within budget, and ensure that the client's expectations are being met.

Design and Development
Our engineers are qualified to design the architecture that will best respond to our client's needs and existing technology, if applicable. During the design and development phase, the requirements are reviewed by the engineers and the design is detailed and documented. Our engineers utilize industry standard development tools to develop necessary applications and custom software. This includes all IVR applications, database development, and web development as well as custom utilities required by the customer.
