State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources awards contract to develop and host Goose Harvest Reporting IVR Applications Services

Symago won a contract from the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to develop and host its Goose Harvest Reporting IVR Application Services. The application allows hunters to report the geese they harvested.

On-Site Maintenance Services to be provided for HealthPartners, Inc.

Symago will be providing on-site maintenance and support to the existing IVR system of HealthPartners, Inc. The IVR Division will provide services for HealthPartner's IVR system which handles prescription order and refill services as well as general pharmacy information.
