March 2002 TeleFile is an IRS IVR application that allows 1040EZ taxpayers to file their taxes and begin the electronic filing process. IRS automatically sends a special TeleFile package to those who may be eligible to use it. This service is available to taxpayers who live in Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Oklahoma and West Virginia. Taxpayers in these states can TeleFile state tax returns along with their federal returns. Update: The IRS has terminated the TeleFile program as of August 16, 2005. |

On-Site Maintenance Services to be provided for HealthPartners, Inc. Symago will be providing on-site maintenance and support to the existing IVR system of HealthPartners, Inc. The IVR Division will provide services for HealthPartner's IVR system which handles prescription order and refill services as well as general pharmacy information. |
