August 2005 Symago was awarded a contract for an IVR System by the Suwannee River Water Management District in the State of Florida. The IVR application will allow residents to retrieve information on flood stages and potential flood predictions. The Suwannee River Water Management District is one of five regional water management districts in Florida. It services, 7,640 square miles in all or part of 15 counties in north-central Florida with a population of 285,000. |

On-Site Maintenance Services to be provided for HealthPartners, Inc. Symago will be providing on-site maintenance and support to the existing IVR system of HealthPartners, Inc. The IVR Division will provide services for HealthPartner's IVR system which handles prescription order and refill services as well as general pharmacy information. |
