State of Kentucky - Department of Revenue awards contract to develop and host tax return IVR application

July 2004

This is a hosted IVR application that allows callers to report when they have no tax due for a particular filing period. The callers are asked to enter a series of information which is then written to a file and sent to the Revenue Department.

On-Site Maintenance Services to be provided for HealthPartners, Inc.

Symago will be providing on-site maintenance and support to the existing IVR system of HealthPartners, Inc. The IVR Division will provide services for HealthPartner's IVR system which handles prescription order and refill services as well as general pharmacy information.
