Delivered speech-enabled prescription refill to Health Alliance

September 2004

Health Alliance's IVR allows callers to refill their prescriptions and to check the status of prescriptions over the phone with speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities. It also gives callers opportunities to find out general information or to talk to a local pharmacy staff. The application is offered in three languages - English, Spanish and Russian.

On-Site Maintenance Services to be provided for HealthPartners, Inc.

Symago will be providing on-site maintenance and support to the existing IVR system of HealthPartners, Inc. The IVR Division will provide services for HealthPartner's IVR system which handles prescription order and refill services as well as general pharmacy information.
