September 2004 Symago was awarded a contract from the United States Army Cadet Command to develop an IVR and Internet application for the use of prospective college applicants. The IVR applications allow individuals to call and find out the status of their ROTC scholarship applications. Individuals can also find out general information and talk to an agent associated with their account. |

On-Site Maintenance Services to be provided for HealthPartners, Inc. Symago will be providing on-site maintenance and support to the existing IVR system of HealthPartners, Inc. The IVR Division will provide services for HealthPartner's IVR system which handles prescription order and refill services as well as general pharmacy information. |
